Terms & Conditions

PLEASE FULLY READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME.There is no necessary signing needed for these terms and conditions to apply. If a commission is requested then the Client has agreed to and is satisfied with the terms and conditions and has accepted them in full.
I reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission without refund.

Price Quotations

Charges for commissions will be provided during initial consultation and will not change once the commission has started. Quotes provided are valid for up to 30 days. I reserve the right to alter or refuse the quotation after 30 days.

Deposit and Payment

Upon acceptance of the sketch of the illustration, which will be provided before payment, a deposit of 50% is needed from the Client to confirm a commission slot. This deposit is non refundable.PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED THROUGH PAYPAL ONLY

Cancellation

If the client chooses to terminate the service after agreeing to a commission but prior to its completion, I reserve the right to retain any non-refundable deposits paid.The commission cannot be cancelled once the illustration is finished and 100% of the costs will need to be paid.

Copyright and Use of Art

Artwork created under a commission will not be reproduced and its usage is not permitted on any products made by the client (stickers, prints etc.) to be sold.I reserve the right to display artwork on my website and social media pages. If a client is unhappy about the artwork being displayed, they must declare this upon placing the commission.
